Die volgende GESERTIFISEERDE DOKUMENTE moet tydens die aansoek op die stelsel opgelaai word:
Nuutste skoolrapport
Bewys van woonadres
Geboortesertifikaat
Identiteitsdokumente van ouers

Hierdie dokumente en ‘n aansoekvorm (verkrygbaar by skool), moet voor of op 31 Mei 2020 by die skool ingehandig word.

The following CERTIFIED DOCUMENTS must be uploaded while doing the online application:
Latest school report
Proof of residence
Certificate of birth
Identity documents of parents

These documents and an application form (available at school) must be handed in at school before or on 31 May 2020.
